Apple Pineapple Tea

Sale price$20.00

Taste: Fruity, Sweet, Citrusy

Ingredients: Dried Sliced Apple & Pineapple, Dried Peach, Red Dates

Serving: Each bag contains 8 sachets and makes around 15 cups of tea, depending on your taste preference.

We didn’t want just another sweet fruit tea. In Chinese homes, sweetness was never syrupy. It came from red dates, warm, nourishing, and deeply familiar. For generations they have been steeped to support digestion and bring comfort. So we began there. We tested countless combinations and always returned to what felt right: red dates, air-dried apple and pineapple for brightness, and a touch of peach for softness. Every piece of fruit is carefully selected by us, whole, unbroken, and full of integrity. No sugar. No shortcuts. Just a tea that feels like home.

Chafolio Apple Pineapple Tea features a duo of dried apple and pineapple slices with a ring of assorted dried fruit cubes—ideal for no sugar fruit tea blends or red date tea infusions.

Gut Support Vascular Wellness

Apples are rich in pectin and polyphenols, especially flavonoids concentrated in the skin. Human studies suggest these compounds may support cardiovascular health by improving endothelial function and influencing cholesterol and inflammatory markers. A randomized trial found that flavonoid-rich whole apples improved flow-mediated dilation, a measure of how well blood vessels relax and respond to blood flow.

Inflammatory Balance Bromelain Powered

Pineapple is best known scientifically for bromelain, a group of protein-digesting enzymes naturally present in the plant. Bromelain helps break proteins into smaller peptides and has also been widely studied for its effects on inflammatory pathways, including cytokines and other signaling molecules involved in the body’s inflammatory response.

Our Sourcing

Guangdong, China

Xuwen, located on the Leizhou Peninsula in southern Guangdong, is one of China’s most important pineapple-growing regions. Its warm tropical climate, abundant sunshine, and fertile soil allow pineapples to develop naturally concentrated sweetness and a rich, bright aroma. The region has nearly a century of pineapple-growing history and is known for fruit with juicy flesh, balanced acidity, and an intensely fragrant character.

This tea smells so sweet and fruity when it’s brewing. My cat literally came over to sniff it when I made a cup haha. The taste is light, fragrant, and naturally sweet without being too much.

I first tried this after someone at a farmers market told me you can eat the fruit pieces after brewing. The tea itself is naturally sweet and fruity, especially the pineapple note. I actually did eat the fruit after drinking it, and it was surprisingly good. Kind of a fun little bonus.

Really nice fruit tea. It has a clean, light sweetness and doesn’t taste artificial. The person at the farmers market mentioned that the fruit pieces are edible after steeping, so I tried it, honestly pretty good.

I bought this at the Kaiser Oakland farmers market and it has become my most favorite beverage of the day. I’m not normally a tea drinker, but I love seeing the fruit unfold in the water and the pure taste is unlike anything I’ve had this has turned me into a full-time tea drinker!!

I love that it’s real fruit! so I eat the fruits after I’m done with the tea. It’s very refreshing and good, no sweetener needed. And I love it because I can travel with it.
