Manage Your Tea Subscription
Your Chafolio tea subscription is fully flexible. You can add teas, change delivery timing, pause for vacations, swap flavors, or update your payment and address at any time.
You stay in complete control.
How to Access Your Tea Subscription
You can manage your subscription in three ways:

From the website footer
Scroll to the bottom of any page and click Manage Subscription -
From your account
Go to My Account → Subscriptions

Important notes:

You must be signed in to manage your subscription.

If you can’t log in, use the Reset Password option.

If you’re still having trouble, contact us at hello@chafolio.com and we’ll help you access your account.
Core Subscription Controls (Most Used)
These are the actions most customers use day to day.
1. Change Tea Delivery Frequency
Change how often your tea ships.

Subscription → Edit Frequency
Options you may see:

Every 2 Weeks

Every 10 Weeks

Every 3 Months
Useful for:

Drinking more or less tea

Adjusting based on how fast you finish your current supply

Pro tip:
Every 4 weeks is the most common option for steady tea drinkers. Every 6–8 weeks is great if you rotate teas.
2. Skip a Tea Delivery
Skip your next shipment without canceling your subscription.

Useful for:

You just received another tea order
Your subscription stays active and future deliveries remain scheduled.
3. Pause Your Tea Subscription
Temporarily stop all shipments.

Subscription → Pause Subscription
Useful for:

Vacations

Long travel

Taking a break from deliveries
You won’t be charged while paused. You can resume anytime.
4. Resume Subscription
Restart a paused subscription.
Where:

Your original pricing and discount are preserved.

5. Add Tea to Your Subscription
Add additional teas to your upcoming orders.

6. Swap Tea for a Different Tea
Replace your current tea with a different one.

Account & Billing Management
These keep your deliveries smooth and accurate.
7. Change Payment Method
Update your card or payment option.

8. Change Shipping Address
Update where your tea is delivered.

Cancellation
9. Cancel Tea Subscription
Permanently stop your subscription.

Subscription → Cancel Subscription
Important:

Canceling ends your recurring deliveries.

Your subscription discount will be removed.

Discounts are not guaranteed to be available again in the future.
