At Chafolio, we take great care to ensure that every package of tea is fresh, clean, and handled with care. Because tea is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or delivered, as it cannot be resold for safety reasons.
However, we understand that special situations may arise. If there’s any issue with your order or you need to request a return for a specific reason, please contact us at joey@chafolio.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any approved returns.
