You can earn points by shopping, joining our community, leaving reviews, following us on Instagram, subscribing to our email list, and celebrating your birthday with us.

You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Yes. When you create a Chafolio account, you’ll instantly receive 100 points.

You can redeem your points for discounts and special rewards, including:

- 200 points = $2 off
- 500 points = $4 off
- 1000 points = $10 off
- 2000 points = Cold Brew Bottle

Log in to your Chafolio account and visit your rewards dashboard. Once you have enough points, choose the reward you’d like and apply it at checkout.

Unfortunately, rewards usually cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts. Only one discount or reward may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Your points may expire if they are not used within the stated rewards period. We recommend redeeming your points regularly so you can enjoy your rewards while they’re available.

If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account. If you used points on the returned order, they would be returned to your account after the return is processed.

Points are only earned after joining Chafolio Club. Purchases made before creating an account may not qualify for points.
